A family home designed to have family space, adult escape areas and to maximise the use of circulation areas and be flexible as the family grows up.

The main family living/dining/kitchen wing with a side entry, utility boot room is to one side of the house. The lounge and bedrooms are in the opposite wing, linked by a spacious hall on both levels. The stair landing is oversized to allow for chairs where views to Cruachan and up Loch Etive can be seen. The upper landing lit by a bank of rooflights is an informal study area.

The mix of render, larch cladding and slate give a traditional feel to a modern house.
